You may use GrooveSketcher to create, edit, and share drum notation content. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, abusive, infringing, or malicious activity.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform.
• No unauthorized access to other users' data.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of grooves you create. By using the service, you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display your content for core product functionality.

4. Public Links and Group Sharing

Public grooves can be viewed by anyone with the link. Group-shared grooves are visible to members of those groups. You are responsible for what you publish and share.

5. Service Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
